Breakfast - Ginger porridge - fruit. toast.
Lunch - Soups such as lentil soup/bean soup/ tomato soup. Salad. Apple crumble/fruit/brownies/moussse
Supper - Ratatouille chips houmous salad or coconut chick pea curry/dahl salad rice followed by vegan chocolate cake/apple strudel
The weather is warm and ranges from about 25 in May to as much as 40 in August. so the outside spaces are ideal to work/sleep/rest in.
